Counselling Services

At BE Counselling & Consulting, I provide tailored counselling services to support adults navigating a wide range of personal challenges. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, PTSD, dissociation, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, burnout, feelings of overwhelm, or spiritual and faith-related struggles, I offer a compassionate and confidential space where you can explore your experiences and work toward meaningful change.

I offer counselling both in person and online on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. You can book sessions weekly, every two weeks, or monthly—whichever best fits your needs and schedule.

What I Offer

  • Initial Assessment
Your journey begins with an initial assessment session priced at £35, where we explore your current difficulties, discuss your goals, and determine how counselling can best support you. This no-obligation session helps ensure the right fit before moving forward.

  • Ongoing Sessions
Subsequent counselling sessions are offered at £65 for 50 minutes. I provide both short-term and long-term therapy options tailored to your unique needs and circumstances.

  • Integrative Approach
My counselling practice uses an integrative approach, combining techniques and theories from various therapeutic models to best support your personal growth. Integrative therapy means your treatment is flexible and personalized—it adapts to your situation rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. This approach allows me to draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, creative therapies, parts work, and psychodynamic techniques, tailoring each session to what resonates most and works best for you.

Commitment to Ethical Practice & High Standards

I adhere strictly to the Code of Ethics outlined by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC), ensuring all my work upholds the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and respect. In 2022, my audit review concluded that I met the standards to an “exceptional level.”

By following these ethical guidelines, I ensure that:

  • Your confidentiality is respected, with rare legal or safety exceptions.

  • We work together in a way that honours your values, choices, and personal boundaries.

  • I provide evidence-based, effective counselling techniques tailored to your needs.

  • I maintain ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

The services I offer are delivered with the utmost care, integrity, and respect for your well-being.

Finally, I invite you to:

  • BE brave – Take the first step toward seeking help. It’s a sign of strength, not weakness.

  • BE real – Explore the good, the bad, and the hidden areas of your life with honesty, compassion, and, quite possibly, a few laughs and tears.

  • BE changed – Learn new ways of being and relating that reflect the you, you want to become.
