I am committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported—whether they’re navigating personal challenges, professional demands, or the quiet complexities of life.
Since 2009, I’ve had the privilege of working with adults across a wide range of experiences—including anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, low self-worth, spiritual struggles, and leadership fatigue. My approach is grounded in empathy, integrity, and evidence-based practice, with a belief that meaningful change begins with safety, presence, and curiosity.
I don’t just teach these principles—I live them. I integrate therapeutic practice into my own life and know what it’s like to journey through difficult and life-changing experiences. This personal insight informs my work with deep compassion and authenticity.
I also support professionals—therapists, front-line workers, community leaders, and CEOs—through reflective, relational supervision that nurtures both ethical practice and emotional resilience. Whether in one-on-one or group settings, I aim to create space for honest reflection, renewed perspective, and sustainable wellbeing.
My work includes designing and delivering workshops and training on:
Burnout prevention and recovery
Understanding stress and setting healthy boundaries
Emotional resilience and mental health awareness
Since 2020, I’ve co-authored resources focused on wellbeing and team health in faith-based and community organisations.
I love connection—not just with like-minded professionals, but with those across the helping professions doing brave, often unseen, front-line work. I find great purpose in supporting the supporters.
Outside of work, I recharge through creativity, kickboxing, and music. You’ll likely find me with a cuppa in hand, ready for conversation, a laugh, or a moment of reflection. It’s often in those everyday moments that the most powerful insights emerge.
If you’re looking for a space to grow, reflect, or reconnect with what matters—welcome. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
